We currently ship World Wide through the United States Postal Service (USPS). They offer the best prices with reliable service and tracking!

The best way to contact us is through email. You can ask us any questions you might have about our products and we will do our best to get you the answers you need. If you are experiencing trouble with one of our products or need an RMA number to perform a return or exchange please send us an email with the issues you are having. Messages are answered 7 days a week.

What warranty do I get on purchases?

We want to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchases. That is why we offer a One Year Warranty on most of our products, unless a different warranty period is specified on the product page. Some products may have a warranty through another company, which will also be specified on the product page. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. Software products contain a 30 day exchange period where damaged/unreadable software can be exchanged for the exact same item. Your warranty starts from the original date of retail purchase. If at any time a defect arises please contact us so that we can make it right. On a case by case basis and at our discretion we will do one of the following: (a) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts, (b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or (c) refund the original purchase price.

This limited warranty only covers tangible components of a product which were not subjected to misuse, an accident, neglect, water damage, sun damage, fire or external damage, alterations made, or commercial use.

What is the return policy?

Products carry a 30 day return policy. There may be a 10% restocking fee on returned products, depending on the situation. If the product is new and unused or lightly used and in A+ condition, then there usually isn't a restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for paying shipping and handling charges for returns and the original shipping costs are not refunded.
